Tradition rocks! That’s the spirit of the girls Schuhplattler group Lederhosenfeger from Upper Austria and what they show with their performances.
In 2016 a group of enthusiast gils found themselves together to practice a traditional dance, which is mainly male dominated. Since then, they were able to steadily expand the number of members and their repertoire. They pursue their passion, are full of motivation and drive, thereby giving the original men’s tradition a new touch.
Accompanied by an Accordion, their program is suitable for different types of events and festivities. Besides the traditional Austrian dances, they have created modern shows accompanied by a mix of modern songs, making sure there is a good atmosphere and engaging with the audience. Next to their performances at home and abroad, they have already participated successfully at regional competitions.
